picturemaxx AG with New Management
Thomas Mäling has been appointed to the Management Board of picturemaxx AG. He will succeed Gerhard Feigl and Marcin Czyzewski, who will relinquish their Management Board activities and take on advisory roles.
The internationally experienced manager Thomas Mäling has commenced his work on the Management Board of picturemaxx AG. He is a proven expert in the media industry with many years of practical experience in various management positions at global media companies such as Bertelsmann, Disney, Sky, and Hubert Burda Media. Most recently, the marketing, sales, and license management expert advised with his consulting firm T.M.C. clients in omnichannel retail and the publishing industry on topics ranging from strategy and digital transformation to the design and implementation of cloud-based CRM solutions.
The Supervisory Board of picturemaxx AG appointed him as the sole member of the company’s Management Board and entrusted him with the mandate of managing the market leader in the professional picture market with immediate effect. For the following years, the Supervisory Board plans to award the mandate on a longer-term basis.
The previous members of picturemaxx AG’s Management Board, Gerhard Feigl and Marcin Czyzewski, left the stock corporation’s management by mutual agreement after the end of their contract term in order to devote themselves to new challenges. They will remain connected to picturemaxx AG in an advisory capacity.
